UR Chicago is an organization based upon the idea that the cycle of poverty and violence stem from the economic circumstances of the individual or community. Their goal is to reverse that cycle by offering professional development, accountability, and job placement for individuals who enter their program. STUCCO’s hope for telling their story is to show the dramatic impact of many of the graduates as well as the personal context for the founder and why he would be interested in building this from the ground up.
