We partnered with the HR department at Commvault—a data protection and management software company–to design a careers website that organically takes applicants on a story driven experience. The result was higher retention and recruitment of quality talent rather than a massive quantity of applicants.

Each client is the hero of their own story and authentic art inspires a workforce to see themselves in that story. This poem—created to inspire the workforce at Salesforce—demonstrates how art can ground culture in today and build trust in the future of the organization.

With each step in our creative process we invite conversation and collaboration so that everyone feels a deeper connection to the product.  The result: a sense of community, trust, and loyalty to the goal. 

Marmon Keystone, a large-scale distributor of pipe and tube, identified value in sharing the wisdom and experience of their leadership and employees to newly hired team members. We created a series of videos that shares best practices, values, and advice from each employment area in order to create a sense of community and guide the brand perception.

Incorporating this video series into the onboarding process, fostered a culture that emphasizes continuous learning and improvement as well as a spirit of innovation and collaboration, leading to better outcomes and greater success for the organization.

We partnered with Hoffer Plastics—an industry leader in plastic molding injection—to increase leads on quality employee candidates through a targeted storytelling campaign. The results yielded a click through rate 234% higher than the industry average. Hoffer Plastics was able to recruit more high quality employees and increase their brand presence during an industry-wide labor shortage
